Mr. Titla is a founding partner of Titla & Parsi, PLLC and has practiced law for more than 25 years. He is a graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University. He is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. His knowledge stretches into many disciplines with expertise in Federal Indian Law and Indian Gaming. He has filed amicus briefs on Tribal Issues before the U.S. Supreme Court and has practiced in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; the state courts of Arizona, California, Wisconsin, and Tribal courts of the Navajo Nation, White Mountain Apache, and San Carlos Apache Tribe. Mr. Titla joined the Board in 2014 and has served as Board Chairman since 2017.
