Kenny graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law and was a member of the Arkansas Law Review. He has over 30 years of legal experience in business, contract, civil and criminal law. Kenny spent 20 years as the elected Graham County Attorney, prosecuting thousands of criminal cases and acting as Graham County’s primary civil attorney. Kenny has handled several thousand contracts and numerous real estate transactions. He previously taught at Eastern Arizona College and the EAC Police Academy. Kenny enjoys building houses with his family, traveling and speaking Portuguese. One of the high points of his life was coaching hundreds of youth basketball, soccer and baseball games for nearly 20 years.
