San Carlos Apache Healthcare Foundation (SCAHF)
Established in 2025, the San Carlos Apache Healthcare Foundation (SCAHF) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization created to support the mission of the San Carlos Apache Healthcare Corporation (SCAHC). Together, we are committed to advancing health and wellness for the most vulnerable populations within the San Carlos Apache Reservation and surrounding tribal communities.
About San Carlos Apache Healthcare Corporation
Located within the breathtaking boundaries of the San Carlos Apache Nation, near the communities of Globe and Safford, the San Carlos Apache Healthcare Corporation is a rapidly growing healthcare system dedicated to excellence in care. Since opening our doors in July 2015, we have expanded to meet the increasing needs of our patients and community.
Today, the San Carlos Apache Healthcare Corporation includes:
• A 12-bed inpatient unit
• Over 23 specialty clinics
• An average of 20,000 patient visits per month
• Comprehensive primary care, dental and specialty services
We proudly serve the San Carlos Apache people and surrounding tribal nations through our main hospital campus and our satellite facility, the Clarence Wesley Health Center.
Together, with the support of the San Carlos Apache Healthcare Foundation, we continue to build a healthier future for generations to come.
